Crown Pier and Albert Pier come alive on Carnival day — thousands of visitors, a vibrant harbour setting, and a ready crowd looking to eat, drink, and browse. Pitches are in high demand, so get your application in early to secure your spot.
Available Pitch Types
Food & Beverage
Limited catering pitches. Applications considered on pitch size and food type to ensure variety for visitors.
Confectionery
Sweet treats and confectionery stalls. Apply early as demand is high.
Arts & Crafts
Handmade goods and creative products. Please describe your offering in detail on the form.
Crown & Anchor
Operators are responsible for obtaining and paying their own licence fees in addition to the pitch fee.
Charity
Charitable organisations may apply for a stall pitch. Please describe your cause and activities.

Terms & Conditions
Please read these before submitting your application.
Applications are considered in order of receipt. Pitches are limited in each category, and we can't always accommodate every applicant — we reserve the right to decline without further explanation.
A confirmed booking is only issued once we've received your full payment and any required supporting documentation.
Payments must be received by the stated deadline. If payment isn't received in time, we may need to offer the pitch to another applicant.
You must hold valid public liability insurance and provide a copy of your certificate.
All operators must comply with current Guernsey Health & Safety, Environmental Health, and Fire regulations, and with Harbour Carnival rules.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the Carnival, we're unable to offer a refund. If we're able to reallocate your pitch, a partial refund may be considered at the committee's discretion.
